●The training room includes running machines, bikes, various machines,

Free weights etc. are available.

*If you are using the training room for the first time, please contact the training staff.

You will be required to attend the initial training course. Please make a reservation in advance.

●Junior high school students may only use the facility when accompanied by a guardian or when training staff are present.

First training session

New training room training schedule for November

■New courses in the training room are by reservation only.

Reservations for August will start from 10am on July 20th.

Please make a reservation by phone or at the counter.

*Reception will end once the capacity is reached for each session.

 

*Even if you have already registered, if you have not used the service since April 2010, you will need to take the course.

*The course must be taken by those who have training experience at other facilities.

*If you have a disability, please be sure to let us know when making a reservation.

 

*Please be sure to read the following if you are considering taking the course.

 

■Course time is approximately 1 hour.

・Course content: Rules in the training room,

*If you have booked a class, please come to the gymnasium reception 15 minutes before each class. (This will take time due to documentation procedures)

 

Those who do not arrive 15 minutes in advance will be refused entry.

Please arrive with plenty of time to spare. (The surrounding roads on Saturdays and Sundays and the parking lot of the gymnasium in the morning are expected to be very crowded)

*The number of cancellations without notice has increased significantly. Please be sure to contact us if you wish to cancel.

 

■What to bring

Clothes you can exercise in, shoes (gym wear), sweat wipesA bag for towels, drinking water, masks, ID proof (driver's license, insurance card, etc.) that can confirm your address, and outdoor shoes.

*Please take your temperature at home before visiting.

*If you are not feeling well, please cancel the class.

*From March 13, 2020, putting on and taking off masks is optional.

*The shower room does not have hot water due to a broken boiler, but it is still available. (Please refrain from using soap or shampoo as this may clog the water pipes.
